At BellaVida Bichons Home, the health, safety, and well-being of our puppies are our highest priorities. While we are happy to assist families by coordinating transportation with reputable third-party pet transportation agencies, all shipping arrangements are made on behalf of the buyer and at the buyer’s sole expense and responsibility.

Client Responsibility

By purchasing a puppy from BellaVida Bichons Home, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

• The buyer is solely responsible for selecting, arranging, and paying for all transportation or shipping services.
• All shipping, airline, ground transportation, delivery, insurance, kennel, veterinary travel certificate fees (where applicable), and any related expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• BellaVida Bichons Home does not own, operate, manage, or control any third-party transportation company or shipping agency.

Third-Party Transportation

Any transportation company recommended by BellaVida Bichons Home is provided solely as a convenience. Such recommendations do not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, partnership, agency relationship, or assumption of liability.

BellaVida Bichons Home shall not be held liable for:

• Shipping delays or scheduling changes.
• Flight cancellations or transportation disruptions.
• Weather-related delays.
• Lost documentation caused by the carrier.
• Injury, illness, stress, or unforeseen incidents occurring while the puppy is in the custody of the transportation provider.
• Any acts, omissions, negligence, or contractual breaches of the shipping company.

All transportation services are governed exclusively by the terms and conditions of the selected carrier.

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

Any fees paid to a shipping company, pet transportation agency, airline, courier, or other third-party service provider are strictly non-refundable.

BellaVida Bichons Home does not collect, retain, or control these fees once they have been paid to the transportation provider. Therefore:

• BellaVida Bichons Home shall not reimburse, refund, or compensate the buyer for any shipping-related costs.
• Shipping charges are separate from the purchase price of the puppy.
• Shipping fees are not considered payments made to BellaVida Bichons Home and are not included in any refund, cancellation, or dispute involving the puppy purchase.

Purchase Price Excludes Shipping Costs

Unless expressly stated in writing, the purchase price of the puppy does not include transportation or delivery costs. Any quotations provided regarding shipping are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier availability, seasonal demand, fuel surcharges, and applicable regulations.

Buyer Acceptance

By placing a reservation, making any payment, or completing the purchase of a puppy, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy. The buyer further agrees that BellaVida Bichons Home bears no financial or legal responsibility for shipping costs, transportation arrangements, or disputes involving third-party carriers.

Legal Disclaimer

This Shipping Policy forms part of the purchase agreement between BellaVida Bichons Home and the buyer. By proceeding with the purchase, the buyer expressly releases BellaVida Bichons Home, its owners, employees, and representatives from any liability arising from third-party transportation services or associated shipping costs. Any dispute relating to transportation services shall be resolved directly between the buyer and the selected transportation provider.
